The C.E.O of Boris B's Farms and Vertinary Suppliers, Dr. Boris Baidoo has advice Ghanaians to change their attitudes towards work.

Dr. Boris Baidoo continued to explain that, it is not easy setting up a company in Ghana and so employee should make sure of working hard with extra efforts to help these companies grow.

"You know how you've been a headache to your boss"..."Let us all change our attitude towards work, because we are building our own country" he added.

He made this statement when he was speaking with Henry Henz on Obour TV's "Keys to Success" program. He said that nation building is not the responsibility of the president or the government alone, we must all come together and build  the nation.
