SHATTA WALE SPEAKS OVER CELEBRITIES BAN ON BET ADVETTISING

Popular African Dancehall icon, Charles Nii Armah Mensah known as Shatta Wale has added his voice to the action taken by the Gaming Commission to bar celebrities from advertising for betting companies.

Speaking in a video from his bedroom, Shatta made it clear that, he might not be affected by the ban but he believes most of his colleagues in the movie and music industry will be affected one wway or the other.

He said when the Food And Drugs Authority banned celebrities from advertising for alcoholic drink companies, some of them were not bothered but a lot were affected financially.

Shatta Wale added that Ghanaians must be look sharp in order to sustain and that the government should also do something about banning celebrities from advertising for certain group of brand.
